Your private, English-speaking driver will meet you at your accommodation in Rome at 9:00 am. Together, you will set off on a panoramic sightseeing of the Ancient Rome by a private, full-optional car.
Reach the heart of Ancient Rome and enjoy a driving tour around the Colosseum, which you will see from the outside.
Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Navona Square
Next, head by car to the historic center of Rome to discover some of the most important landmarks in the Eternal City, such as:
- the Pantheon, one of Rome’s most iconic buildings, and one of the most well-preserved monuments in Rome;
- Navona Square, which is regarded as one of Rome's most beautiful squares, with three fountains, one of which is considered to be Bernini's greatest work, the “Fountain of the Four Rivers”;
- and the Trevi Fountain, Italy's largest and most famous Baroque fountain.
Food Stops: Campo de’ Fiori and the Jewish Ghetto
Afterwards, reach by car two of the most picturesque areas in Rome, Campo de’ Fiori and the Jewish Ghetto.
Stop for a delicious food tasting which will include typical products and specialties from the roman and the jewish-roman culinary tradition, such as the “Roman-style” white pizza, bakery products, cured meat, fried specialties and Italian desserts.
At around 3:00 pm be transferred back to your hotel, full of memories of a day spent indulging in the great Italian traditions of food and wine.
